In the latest update announcement, Genshin Impact revealed that Clorinde, Alhaitham, Sigewinne, and Furina will finally return in version 4.7, featuring in time-limited banners where players will need to utilize their wishes to obtain them. Additionally, Sethos will also receive his own banner in the upcoming version. As per HoYoverse, a new four-star character will be claimable from June 5 to 25.
Each Genshin Impact update typically introduces at least two unique five-star characters, showcasing distinct abilities and animations. These characters usually headline event wishes, prompting players to spend their wishes to secure characters like Furina, Clorinde, and Arlecchino, with event wishes temporarily boosting character drop rates.
A Genshin Impact chart posted by RapidFresh on Reddit outlines the waiting list for five-star characters in version 4.7. Shenhe, for instance, hasn't had a rerun for 11 patches, with her last appearance on a banner dating back to April 2023. Meanwhile, Nilou and Ganyu have been absent from banners for 10 consecutive updates. Unfortunately, these characters may only see their reruns as early as version 4.8 of Genshin Impact.
